I cherished the experience at the on-site sento, an unexpected delight after long days exploring Osaka. The spacious lockers were perfect for storing my shopping finds, while the cozy lounge area offered a perfect break between adventures.

One minor inconvenience was the noise from the corridors, particularly during late nights when fellow guests had loud conversations. The capsule setup provided minimal soundproofing, which meant I didn’t sleep as soundly as I hoped.

I loved my stay! The deluxe room beds were super comfortable, and my cubicle was always clean and well-ventilated. The staff was helpful, and I appreciated their assistance with restaurant reservations. This place has maintained its quality over the years, making it my go-to spot.

Light from the neighboring rooms can peek through into yours, making it tough to settle down at night. The ventilation in the pods was lacking. they turned into mini ovens as the night wore on. Each time you leave the building, you have to swap your room key, which could be a hassle. The organization of the onsen area was questionable, mixing laundry and changing spaces without designated lockers made things a bit chaotic.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this capsule hotel. The communal onsen was a delightful surprise, providing a relaxing experience after exploring Osaka. The staff were exceptionally kind and informative, making me feel welcome right from the start.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky.

surprisingly mediocre stay. the onsen was closed during the day when I actually wanted to use it. check-in post-midnight was a struggle considering we had to ask for towels that should've been provided. honestly, at these prices, a complimentary beverage would’ve been a minimal courtesy. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the cleanliness and amenities at this hotel. It was especially nice after our long days at Universal Studios, where we explored amazing attractions like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Traveling with a young baby was made easier with the well-equipped facilities.

In my wife’s opinion, more soundproofing in the capsules would help families sleep better.
